I see the pictures are coming through just fine for me, and the dog is cute. We have been increasingly been seeing dogs in China, though few as big as Baron! The pix are great -- keep up the blog!

Whatever was wrong with my access, I can now see the photographs. Must have been a firewall because I am logged in from work. I like that the first and last photographs both had dogs! What was the man doing in the first picture under Kyoto. Looks like a shinto shrine because of the lightning shaped "kami" and the taiko.

People have dogs as pets in China? They didn't when I was there in 1985 unless they were working dogs on farms or dogs in markets for food. Dude, is there something wrong with this site today? I can't see any pictures.
